At American Micronic, we strive to provide our customers with the best products and services. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or may not be completely satisfied with a product. For this reason, we offer a flexible return policy.

  1. Return Period:

    All products purchased from American Micronic can’t be returned unless any unwanted problem occurs.

  2. Return Condition:

    Products must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and gifts. Items must be unused and uninstalled.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    The following items cannot be returned:
    Products that have been installed, used, or altered from their original condition.
    Customized or personalized items.
    Clearance or sale items marked as "final sale."
    Any product that does not have a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, altered, damaged, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers.

  4. Return Process:

    Contact our customer service at our Customer Support Email or Phone Number to initiate the return.

    Provide your order number and reason for the return.

    Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number.

    Package the product securely and include the return authorization number on the package.

    Ship the product back to the address provided.

    Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund or exchange will be processed.

  5. Refunds:

    Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    It is recommended that a customer ensure that they inspect the received shipment as soon as they accept it from the courier. In case of any physical damage to the outer or inner packaging, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery receipt document. We will provide instructions for return and will arrange for a replacement or refund on behalf of presenting the required proof.

  7. Return Shipping Costs:

    Customers are responsible for bearing shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

  8. Important Note:

    Always keep a copy of the return shipping receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. American Micronic reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
